Oldenburger Professional Launches Dessert Range

Customers who tasted Crème Brûlée and Panna Cotta were delighted. The products are due to hit the shelves in August.

A fresh design and brand new products at Oldenburger: In a first, BU International is launching a dessert line in August under its brand Oldenburger Professional, which serves chefs and food professionals around the world. The move follows positive feedback from customers who tried the Crème Brûlée and Panna Cotta products at tastings. Now, the products stand for delicious desserts that are sure to please. Initially, they will be available in Taiwan, Korea, Hong Kong and China.

There are also some changes in terms of appearance. Crème Brûlée and Panna Cotta will be available with a new redesigned look. The new packaging design is part of the strategy at DMK International, launched four years ago, which aims for a “differentiated foodservice approach.” The products are to be launched in Germany, too, by MILRAM Food Service in 2022.
