Your activities:
- In 3 years, we will show you how to prepare milk as a raw material for further production - for example, for the manufacture of butter, cheese or other products.
- You will learn about product-specific recipes and standards, immerse yourself in the world of process control technology and find out what is important when it comes to process monitoring.
- Of course, you will also learn how to professionally commission, clean and convert the relevant systems, machines and equipment.
- Malfunctions in production operations will soon no longer stand a chance against you, because thanks to your training you will know how to rectify them quickly and easily.
- The lessons at the vocational college will teach you how to assess and safeguard milk quality and how to produce mixed milk drinks and cheese.

Your activities:
- In 3 years, we will familiarize you with everything you need to know about the mechanical production of food - from the receipt of raw materials to the finished packaged product.
- You will learn how to handle raw materials and ingredients and how to pass them on accurately so that everything runs smoothly from A to Z in production.
- This also includes setting up machines and systems, strictly following recipes and intervening quickly in the event of deviations or malfunctions.
- Lessons at the vocational college will prepare you in areas such as packaging, preservation and quality testing of food, plant maintenance and product presentation.
- Last but not least, in the practical part, you will encounter a wide variety of pre-treatment processes, the topic of sampling and regulations regarding hygiene and disinfection.
