Under our farmers’ ownership, the cooperative structure is a fixed element of our corporate core.

Our elected executive bodies are both decision makers and important links between the shareholders - the dairy farmers - the company, professional colleagues and the public. We are leading the traditional cooperative model into the future by developing it constantly and have designed the relationship with our members on an up-to-date model.

Intense dialogue and a strong sense of community have a high status in the cooperative. Our key objective is to promote our members’ economic viability and interests with a competitive milk price. On top of that, Deutsches Milchkontor eG pays a dividend on subscribed and paid-up capital contributions.

In addition to the milk price as the key factor, our cooperative offers other performance-based components with solutions to agricultural challenges and a modern delivery structure.
