Our community is strong and close-knit. With almost 4,700 dairy farmers and 6,600 employees, we are the largest dairy cooperative in Germany. We communicate on equal terms and collaborate on shaping the future of milk production. We have clear, modern structures in DMK Deutsches Milchkontor GmbH and Deutsches Milchkontor eG. 


The governing bodies of Deutsches Milchkontor eG: 

Representative Assembly: It elects the Supervisory Board, for example, and passes resolutions on amendments to the Articles of Association 
Advisory Board: Here, strategic decisions are deliberated and the exchange of information between members and managing bodies promoted. 
Board of Management: The Board of Management runs the day-to-day activities and has independent responsibility for managing the cooperative.  
Supervisory Board: The Supervisory Board monitors the work of the Board of Management 

The governing bodies of DMK Deutsches Milchkontor GmbH: 

Partners’ Meeting: This is the highest-ranking governing body of DMK Deutsches Milchkontor GmbH. Deutsches Milchkontor eG is the main shareholder in DMK Deutsches Milchkontor GmbH and is represented by the Board of Management. 
Supervisory Board: The Supervisory Board is s made up of 12 members who are elected by the Partners’ Meeting and the employees.
