Technology & Electronics
State-of-the-art systems and equipment are used in the production of our milk and dairy products. Operating them professionally is something that needs to be learned from the ground up - ideally in one of our four apprenticeships.
01
Machine and plant operator

Your activities:

  • Over the course of two years, we will teach you everything you need to know to accurately prepare work processes and commission our production machines and systems.
  • Your training plan will also include monitoring the production process, including production and quality controls.
  • You will learn what it takes to guarantee compliance with specific standards and specifications - in terms of occupational safety, quality, hygiene, the environment and energy efficiency.
  • You will also encounter a wide range of testing procedures and you will skillfully manage the flow of materials - of course, this also involves the professional handling of milk, cheese and other dairy products.
  • And because cleanliness is an immensely important issue in the food industry, you will also be responsible for various cleaning and maintenance tasks.

Our requirements:

  • Good secondary school leaving certificate or secondary school leaving certificate
  • Very good technical understanding and equally good skills
  • A keen interest in food and dairy products
  • Strong awareness of quality and hygiene
  • Diligence, sense of responsibility, reliability
02
Industrial mechanic for maintenance

Your activities:

  • Over the course of 3.5 years, we will familiarize you with how to keep our machines and production systems ready for operation so that our production always runs smoothly from A to Z.
  • Specifically, you will manufacture individual components and parts, assemble them into technical systems and set them up precisely - including final commissioning.
  • If faults occur in the systems, they don't stand a chance against you - we'll show you how to pinpoint all faults and rectify them.
  • The lessons at the vocational college will get you up to speed on materials technology, control and information technology as well as technical communication.
  • The practical part will also provide you with plenty of input: In addition to work steps such as drilling, turning and milling, you will learn how to read and use circuit diagrams, flow charts and functional diagrams correctly.
  • Last but not least, we will teach you which aspects of environmental protection and occupational safety play a key role in your future career.

Our requirements:

  • Good secondary school leaving certificate
  • Good grades/knowledge in the subjects of mathematics, physics and technology
  • Advantageous: Experience from voluntary work or social commitment
03
Electronics technician for operating technology

Your activities:

  • Over the course of 3.5 years, we will familiarize you with our operating, production and process systems - from control mechanisms to energy supply and communication technology.
  • You will be required at various levels, for example installing, maintaining and repairing our respective control equipment and systems.
  • You will also learn how to install power and supply lines and wire switchgear - so that everything runs smoothly from A to Z.
  • The lessons at the vocational college will prepare you in areas such as system analysis, installation planning, equipment safety and system programming.
  • The practical part will also provide you with plenty of input: In addition to measurements, configurations and assessments, we will show you how to optimally plan and organize your work steps.
  • All in all, you will become an experienced commissioning engineer for a wide range of building technology systems and installations.

Our requirements:

  • Very good secondary school leaving certificate or a good secondary school leaving certificate
  • Good grades/knowledge in the subjects of mathematics, physics and technology
  • An advantage: Experience from voluntary work or social commitment
04
Electronics technician for automation technology

Your activities:

  • In 3.5 years, we will familiarize you with our operating, production and process systems - from automation systems to measurement and control technology to communication technology.
  • You will be in demand at various levels. For example, you will install, optimize and program our respective control equipment and systems.
  • You will also learn how to install bus and control lines and wire measuring equipment - so that everything runs smoothly from A to Z.
  • The lessons at the vocational college will prepare you in areas such as system analysis, the optimization of automation systems, the safety of operating equipment and system programming.
  • The practical part will also provide you with plenty of input: In addition to measurements, configurations and assessments, we will show you how to optimally plan and organize your work steps.
  • All in all, you will become an experienced specialist for a wide range of automation systems and equipment in the industrial production environment.

Our requirements:

  • At least a good secondary school leaving certificate
  • Good grades/knowledge in the subjects of mathematics, physics and technology
  • Ideally initial theoretical experience (e.g. vocational school specializing in electrical engineering or information technology)
  • Advantageous: Experience from voluntary work or social commitment
05
Mechatronics technician

Your activities:

  • In 3.5 years, we will familiarize you with everything you need to know to build mechanical, electrical and electronic components for complex systems.
