This merger will unite approximately 12,000 farmers, establishing a cooperative with a combined pro forma revenue of close to 19 billion euros. The two companies are ideal partners for leading the future of dairy with nutritious, high-quality dairy production and innovation, which will increase our milk value, strengthen customer relevance and create future business opportunities. Securing the highest possible milk price for the farmers ist the core purpos. During the transition period, farmer owners will receive transition payments.
