Your activities:

• In 3 years, we will familiarize you with the development of complex software solutions and the expansion of software systems for internal company processes.
• In addition to a wide range of technical, mathematical and business fundamentals, you will also learn about process analysis and IT project planning.
• You will learn how to work with multimedia systems, manage infrastructure systems and communicate complex information technology content to the right target group.
• In the course of your training, you will become an administrator, developer and consultant in equal measure - different programming languages, system tests and license agreements are also part of your training.
• The lessons at the vocational college will get you up to speed with networked IT systems, the correct tapping of information sources and the most important terms in business IT English.
• In the practical part, we will teach you everything you need to know about software purchasing and how to present new technical components in convincing presentations.

• Good grades/knowledge in mathematics, physics and English
• Advantageous: Experience from voluntary work or social commitment

Your activities:

• In 3 years, we will familiarize you with networking a wide variety of hardware and software components to create complex, highly effective systems.
• You will become an experienced IT service provider and learn how to precisely implement customer requirements when configuring the respective systems.
• Errors or faults will no longer stand a chance against you in the future - because we will show you how to rectify or prevent them with the help of state-of-the-art diagnostic systems.
• Lessons at the vocational college will make you fit in terms of networked IT systems, the correct tapping of information sources and the most important terms in business IT English.
• In the practical part, we will teach you everything you need to know to determine requirements (products, services), advise customers and train users.
• You will also learn how to use programming languages, differentiate between network architectures, plan system capacities and recover lost data.

Your activities:

• In 3 years, you will learn what requirements and problems IT and telecommunications systems can bring with them - and how to scrutinize them properly.
• You will become a professional consultant and contact person for a wide range of application systems for our specialist departments and external providers.
• Thanks to you, our users can rely on perfectly set-up systems, and you can even contribute to the development of individual solutions beyond the usual standards.
• The lessons at the vocational college will prepare you to develop and provide IT systems that meet all commercial, legal and security requirements.
• In the practical part, you will encounter the topics of needs assessment and fault analysis, as well as cost accounting and profitability analysis, for example.
• Last but not least, you will learn how to pass on your expertise in training courses, adapt databases to new requirements and routinely evaluate external offers.
