Strategy & Vision

With our Strategy 2030, we set the course for DMK’s future more than six years ago. Today, we look back on a consistent journey of development that has moved us forward step by step, driven by diverse perspectives from agriculture, the market, and the company. Building on the pillars of efficiency and value creation, growth, and clearly defined climate goals, we have continuously refined our direction and strengthened our market position. We continue to build on this stable foundation: We have merged with Arla and, as a result, have grown together into one of Europe’s leading dairy cooperatives. Together, we are shaping the future of the dairy industry—responsibly, based on our values, with a global reach, and with dairy farmers rooted in their local communities.
